Sephora Holiday Catolog

So I did a look inspired by this picture in the Sephora holiday catalog:

Here is the video on the tutorial:

Enjoy :)

Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark Circle Eye Roller

I have serious under eye circles so to say I've tried many different products for them is an understatement. I found out about this product from YT makeup guru TiffanyD who really likes it. I haven't really seen it working to decrease my circles yet, but it's concealing properties are phenomenal.

Okay lets go to pics:

It does a really good job of concealing my circles and brightening the area. Often I think it works well enough by itself without using anything else.

I don't think this would work too well with dark skin types though.

Eco Tools Limited Edition Beautiful Expressions Kabuki Set Review

I've got another exciting review!

So I found these brushes at Target but I've heard they are selling them at Walgreens too. I love Eco Tools and this set is so well made I want to personally thank them!

Well let's get to some pictures shall we :)

All of the brushes are soft and multi functional. Starting with all the way of the left, the round concealing brush. I tried to use this for all over liquid foundation but didn't feel it works too well for that use. However, for concealing it works like a dream, especially in those hard to reach areas around the nose.

The angled brush is great for blush application, but a little too big for applying defined contour to the cheeks.

The next brush is perfect for contouring as it's shape fits perfect into the hollows of your cheeks. I tried to use for liquid foundation but it didn't work too well for that use either.

The flat top brush is perfect for buffing out foundation or buffing in powder. It's really my favorite brush out of the bunch. It is similar to the ELF version but way better.

So there are my overall thoughts. Get them now before they are gone!

Charlotte Ronson All Eye Need Eye Shadow Palette Dani

So let me just say I was really excited about this palette when I ordered it. I thought the colors were super pretty and that the packaging is very cute. Let's get on with the pictures first:

Looks nice right?

Well here are the swatches:

I would say that the pigmentation of these eye shadows vary from very light, the pink, to very dark, the cranberry color. Kind of in order of the shadows from left to right. The pink barely shows up at all, and the purples also need many layers in order to be visible.

Overall I am very disappointed in this palette and decided to return it.

I still have high hopes for the other palettes though.

Kat Von D Art of Elysium Evelyn Palette

This is another palette that I got during the sale. I cannot say enough nice things about this palette so let's get on with the pictures and swatches.

I love this palette!

The best part is it's only $20!

Check it out at Sephora.

If you are interested I did a tutorial of this palette on my YT:

Kat Von D True Romance Palette Angeles Review

I got this palette while the Sephora Family and Friends Sale was going on. I was so excited to have this palette, especially since it was on sale for $15. Well enough talk lets get to the pcitures.

I have to say that Kat Von D really outdid herself with the packaging the palette comes in.

The actual palette itself however, isn't as visually appealing.

Anyways here are the eye shadows.

I love all of the eye shadows. They are all very pigmented and easy to work with, minus the cream shadow.

Well there you have it. I suggest if you don't have this palette and it's still in stock you should definitely get it :)
