Get the Look of Eva Longoria’s Premios tu Mundo Makeup

Makeup How-To:

*Prep your skin to create a flawless canvas prior to makeup by applying L’Oreal Paris Revitalift Miracle Blur Oil-Free. This softens the skin texture and reduces wrinkle lines.

*Highlight your eyes like Eva’s is to illuminate the area underneath your eyes. Use L’Oréal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Crayon Concealer which helps correct and illuminate at the same time, helping you erase the dark circles.

*To finish off with flawless skin, use the L’Oréal Paris True Match Super Blendable Makeup (available in 32 shades). This foundation has a natural coating which has every possible shade to match skin tone (which I love!) and leaves skin looking radiant.

*Eva's eyes were very marked in black- super sexy smoky look which always looks amazing on her. To achieve this effect use the black pencil from the new L’Oréal Paris Colour Riche Eye Liner Collection covering half of the eyelid and then sealing it with a black or gray eye shadow. Use a dome shape brush to blend out and eliminate any harsh lines.

*Her eyelashes were absolutely stunning. We all know Eva is a huge fan of false eyelashes however the trick to this look is to seal fake lashes with your real ones with a mascara. Use L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Million Lashes Excess Mascara to blend the lashes and create an angled effect towards the corners of your eyes.

Get the look of Gaby Espino

Hair Recommendations by Marcos Carrasquillo, L’Oréal Paris Brand Ambassador

v To achieve an impeccable shine and hair color like Gaby Espino’s, use the L’Oreal Paris Excellence Crème in 2B. It helps repair and protect the dead ends while the color also gives you 100% coverage.

v Now to wash and condition your hair, use the L’Oréal Paris Advanced Haircare Color Vibrancy Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner. This duo instantly helps nourish and protect colored hair for up to 8 weeks, giving your colored-treated hair long-lasting, vivid color.

v Follow with the L’Oréal Paris Advanced Haircare Color Vibrancy Dual Protect Spray. It’s a no-rinse spray that can be used daily and works as a leave-in treatment to condition color-treated hair instantly. It also protects from heat styling tools.

v Proceed to dry hair, and then use a curling iron to create a curl of 2 inches in width and divide your hair into sections, rolling up your hair in the same direction. Recreate Gaby’s waves and achieve that Miami chic look she’s going for.

v After you’re done curling, use the L’Oréal Paris EverStyle Texture Series Energizing Dry Shampoo lightly throughout the hair. Spray your hair from a distance of 6-10 inches and then brush all your hair to get the desired waves. This dry shampoo is 100% powder-free and adds texture where needed, extending the duration of your hairdo without leaving hair feeling heavy or greasy.

v To finish the look, use the cult favorite L’Oréal Paris Elnett Satin Extra Strong Hold Hairspray. Spray 6 inches away from your hair, this way it prevents too much stiffness or sticky residue.

Marc Jacobs Magic Marc'er Precision Pen Review

This is going to be short and sweet so let's get into it.

The packaging is very nice and looks like an actual pen. Very chic. You can see it's a felt tip pen, when you use it the tip is hard and not bendy at all which makes the application process a tad more difficult then say Kat Von D's Tattoo liner which is my fave at the moment (and much cheaper).

The pigment is super dark and glossy, possibly the blackest liquid liner I've ever come across. It stays on all day without budging or smudging. However, personally I feel for $30 it should be a little easier to apply. The tip is what kills me, and it gets sort of less pointy when you use it. I say the Stila Stay All Day and the Kat Von D Tattoo are much better options and are much cheaper. Just my opinion, not a bad liner at all, but I think it's over priced and sort of meh.

Marc Jacobs Beauty Style Eye-Con No.7 - Plush Shadow The Tease Review

Let's get into the pictures before I get into the review, shall we.

As you can see the packaging is very chic and simple. It's really very classy and I love it.

It's really hard for me to accurately capture the colors. They are descriped from left to right as purple sheen, matte grayish purple, matte pale pink, iridescent champagne sheen, metallic pastel pink with gold shimmer, matte bright aubergine, and deep aubergine with iridescent shimmer. Here are the swatches:

The pigmentation is sub par at best. I really don' know what happened here. The colors fall out like nobody's business, and are really patchy. The bright matte purple has no staying power on the lid whatsoever, and the purple with the shimmer has glitter particles that don't bind with the shadow causing them to fall all over your face. This palette is really a dud and for $59 I don't see the quality here. I swatched some of the other palettes in store and they are much better in terms of pigment.
