I am so excited to bring you this review! Let's get started :)
Here are the shadows in 2 different lighting settings:
The colors are just gorgeous and go perfectly with the Jasmine/Aladdin theme. Here are more pics of the shadows and swatches:
A cool feature about this palette is that you can take the shadows out and use the palette for storage.
So if I had to give this palette a grade I would give it an A all the way. The shadows are super pigmented and lovely to work with, the palette itself is beautiful, the blush and bronzer are pigmented and great for many skin tones, and overall it's just awesome. The blush is a little on the darker side for lighter skin types I think, not that you can't use it but you would need to use a light hand.
Most of the shades are shimmery, but I love shimmer so that works for me of course. They did include a mate highlight color, Ali Abawa, which is a definite plus so I don't have to get out another palette for that purpose. The only color in the palette I could say was a little sheer than the other shades is Blue Oasis, the light shimmery blue. It's not bad, but compared to the crazy pigmentation of the other shadows it's not as opaque. I love the mix of colors, especially the bright blues and warm orange reds. Rajah and Arabian Desert are two stand outs for sure, I would love to do a sunset eye with them.
It's $55 at Sephora. Right now they only have it online but it will be sold in stores soon.

MAC Archie's Girls- Girl Next Door Lipstick Betty Collection Review
I love the Archie's Girls collection, the packaging is just so adorable. I was only able to get my hands on this lipstick, girls be tripping over this collection! It's in a pretty light pink color. I would have preferred to also have the matte red from the Veronica collection but alas it was not meant to be.
So as you can see the color isn't opaque, which is expected with a Lustre finish. It looks kind of scary in the picture, and to be honest I was worried that the color would wash me out, but it actually looks quite nice on me. It does not last at all though, so you need to keep this one with you during the day. Overall I like it but if it weren't for the cute packaging I'm not sure if I would have purchased it.

Clarins Gloss Prodige Lip Gloss in Water Lily Review
I really loved the Clarins spring collection after I saw the first images a month ago. I picked up one of the new lip glosses in water lily. Let's give it a look.
It's hard to tell but the gloss has some micro sparkles in it. As you can see on my lips the gloss doesn't give much color to the lips. I would only use this as a topper to a light pink lipstick, but otherwise it's not really that "amazing". I like it, and it's not sticky or uncomfortable, but I thought there would be a bit more color in this gloss. It's a good product to toss in your purse for a little glossiness during the day though.

Easy DIY Valentines Day Nails
So I did these super easy Valentines Day nails. It takes little effort and skill. You''l need a heart whole puncher, I found one easily at my local craft store, clear tape, and two nail polish. Colors.
Step 1:
Paint base nail color. Let completely dry (this is important).
Step 2:
Punch a heart shaped holes into the middle of a piece of tape.
Step 3:
Place the tape over nail where you want the heart. Paint over the heart with a different nail polish color.
Step 4:
Quickly and carefully remove the taper right after you apply the polish
Step 5:
Wait till dry then apply top coat
Optional:
Take a toothpick and dot on dots inside the hearts.
Here's a visual aid:
Have fun :)

Stay All Day 3D Wet-to-Set Eye Shadow Trio in Safari
You know, I have two palettes from Stila that are just fantastic, so I figured Stila is kind of a safe bet. Let's find out how this palette fares.
so the colors are pretty neutral and doable for daytime. I like how they go together. The palette itself is pretty small, which would be good for traveling. Here are the swatches dry and over bare skin:
As you can see the pigmentation isn't that great by itself. This was really shocking to me because I have never had a pigmentation issue with stila shadows. I decided to try them wet and here are the results:
Much improved but still I think they should have kept to their original formula. These are meant to be used wet, so maybe that's why they lack pigment dry. In any case I think it's a decent palette, a little pricey at $24 for a teeny palette, but it works as an easy everyday palette. Here's a look I did with it:
I don't think it's a must have but maybe the other color palettes are.

Clarins Iris Blossom Eye Quartet Mineral Palette Collector Edition
As soon as I saw this palette I swooned! The colors go perfectly well together and I love the Iris design on the shadows. Let's see if it lived up to my expectations.
I've used the palette quite a few times now and the flower design is still intact so I'm guessing it will last awhile. Here are the swatches dry and over bare skin:
Honestly I don't see why anyone would use these shadows dry, the pigmentation is horrible that way. But if you wet your brush you get these results:
So as you can see these shadows just need a little extra love and "wetness" to work beautifully. The purple in this palette is so pretty and wet it has little bit of a blue violet duochrome to it. The taupe color compliments the purple really well. The shimmering white adds a nice highlight to the inner corners and brown bone but it's the least pigmented color in the palette. The black needs to be used wet if you want more pigmentation, but if you just want a hint of smokiness it works dry. Here is a look I create with this palette:
My brown eyes really pop with these colors, and I enjoy using this palette quite a bit. The packaging is also very luxe looking and is sure to add a bit of glamour to your vanity. Maybe the palette isn't a must have but, I sure do like having it.
